Lori grew up in central Ohio; so while she has been covering the Buckeyes for almost a decade now, she's been watching OSU games a lot longer than that! She has also been licensed to officiate football. Lori can be heard on BuckeyeGridGuide.com every Tuesday, and is a contributing reporter for 1460 The Fan in Columbus, Ohio.

This Week's Edition: The Other Michigan

Ohio State made more players available than usual this week. (Thanks, Shelly Poe!) And so we have four seniors to tell you why the team's offense is struggling and what they can do on defense to stop Michigan State running back Javon Ringer. Also:

  • Is quarterback Todd Boeckman satisfied with the progress of the offense?
  • Have Boeckman's teammates lobbied for the senior to get more playing time?
  • After head coach Jim Tressel started yelling at the offensive line a couple weeks ago, who does left tackle Alex Boone say is now piling on the members of OSU's offensive front? (Hint: It's not the fans, and it's not the media.)
  • Does Ohio State have a passing interest in airing the ball out against Michigan State?
  • What change does defensive lineman Nader Abdallah say that coordinator Jim Heacock has made of late?
  • Who does Abdallah say is making an impact on the Buckeyes by being on the sidelines during practice?
  • Can the gameplan that linebacker James Laurinaitis and his teammates used with such success against Purdue work again versus the Spartans?

Check out the podcast to get ready for the game against Michigan State!
